The Ahis project, the example of Istanbul, as the largest urban transformation project in the town of Ghazi Othman Pasha of the European Department of Istanbul. The project will be established by Suleiman Ikshi Company in cooperation with Gobtas and the Ministry of Environment and Urban Cross with a capital of 2 billion Turkish liras. The entire project consists of 2400 apartments and a hotel with 359 rooms and commercial exhibitions overlooking the street and building commercial offices with an area of ​​20,000 square meters. While the project will be created over a plot of land with an area of ​​100,000 square meters, with a construction area of ​​520,000 square meters. The project is characterized by its location close to the rapid wild roads, the Gulf, Gime Kent, Tixel Kent, and important economic centers for the Vialland Games. Suleiman Akshi, Chairman of the Ikshi Construction Company, stated that his company will give the roads and streets surrounding the project and a school that can accommodate 1,000 students and a cultural center that can accommodate 1,000 people and a mosque that can accommodate 1,000 people for the town of Ghazi Othman Pasha in order to preserve the integration of the project with its surroundings. Suleiman Akshi added that it is expected that the project will return with 40% profits to its customers.
