Jihan Construction launches its new project over the plot of land that it has purchased for 156 million and 500 thousand Turkish liras under the name "Afubark Hayat". 25% of the project was sold during the pre -sale phase. Artgrel Yavuz Pala, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jihan Construction Company, also showed that the project was very interesting by the airport employees due to the proximity of the project to Istanbul Airport. Palala added that the project achieved 70% profits for its customers. Balala also explained that the amount invested in the project is 700 million Turkish liras, and that the project has received attention from customers who want to live in the project significantly, as well as the interest of investors as well. In terms of the location, the project is climbing at a point close to the TEM highway, the Hadakkoy-Shehir Road, the Dumkaya Modern Valley project, the Ni Tipi project, a project in Primium Evleri, and a project in Said Kibtash. The project is also away from the July 15 Martyrs Bridge and Sultan Muhammad Al -Fateh Bridge with a distance of 33 km and 16 kilometers of Ataturk Airport.
